Account information: your name, email address, optional phone number, verification and two-factor enrollment status, and other details you provide when creating an account. Authenticator secrets and recovery-code hashes are kept only to secure sign-in and are not included in account downloads.
Application information: institution and eligibility details, project answers, requested resources, review decisions, and the audit history needed to assess and administer service access.
Community, support, communications, and privacy requests: giveaway entries, support ticket details and public conversation history, transactional email delivery records, and records created when account owners or authorized team members access or export protected data.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device details, and operating system for essential functionality and basic analytics.
How information is collected
Information arrives through account registration and through strictly necessary or basic analytics cookies used to operate and improve the website.
How we use your data
- To operate, deliver, maintain, and improve WeaveNode services.
- To review applications, assess eligibility and capacity, prevent abuse, and provision approved services.

Storage, retention, and security
Data is stored on secure servers in the United States and protected with encryption, firewalls, and access controls. It is retained while an account is active or as needed to deliver services. This policy states that personal information is securely deleted six months after account closure.

The Privacy Policy says deletion occurs six months after closure. The Terms separately describe a 30-day retrieval window followed by deletion that may take up to 180 days.
