What you’ll do
Key responsibilities
Cloud strategy developmentLead the creation and execution of our comprehensive cloud strategy, including cloud adoption plans, architecture selection, migration roadmaps, and disaster recovery protocols.
Cloud architecture design and implementationDesign and implement secure, scalable, and highly available cloud solutions across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
Cloud governance and optimizationEstablish and enforce cloud governance policies, best practices, and standards. Continuously monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost, and efficiency.
Vendor managementEvaluate and select cloud service providers, negotiate contracts, and manage ongoing relationships to ensure optimal value and service delivery.
Security and complianceDesign and integrate robust security and compliance mechanisms within our cloud environments, adhering to industry and regulatory standards.
DevOps collaboration and automationWork closely with DevOps teams to promote automation, streamline CI/CD pipelines, and enhance operational efficiency within cloud environments.
Training and knowledge sharingMentor and train IT staff on cloud technologies, best practices, and evolving trends.
What you bring
Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience as a Cloud Architect or in a similar leadership role.
Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing cloud solutions using major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
One or more industry-recognized cloud certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
Deep understanding of networking, virtualization, security, and containerization technologies as they pertain to the cloud.
Strong experience in cloud migration methodologies and large-scale data transfers.

Preferred qualifications
Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Experience with cloud cost management and optimization techniques.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Experience in a DevOps environment.
