What you’ll do

Key responsibilities

  • Content review and moderationAnalyze user-generated text, images, videos, and profiles to identify violations of community guidelines, terms of service, or applicable laws. Take appropriate action such as content removal, warnings, or account restrictions.

  • Case investigation and escalationInvestigate reports of abuse, fraud, spam, or other suspicious activity using specialized tools and techniques. Escalate complex or sensitive cases to senior staff or law enforcement when necessary.

  • Policy enforcement and trend analysisStay current on community guidelines and evolving trust and safety issues. Interpret policies accurately, apply them consistently, and help identify trends that improve enforcement and proactive mitigation.

  • Process improvementSuggest improvements to content moderation workflows, tools, and policies to enhance efficiency and user experience.

  • User communicationRespond to user inquiries and reports related to trust and safety with professionalism and within established timeframes.

What you bring

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Social Sciences, or Criminal Justice, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in content moderation, trust and safety, fraud investigation, or a similar role.

  • Demonstrated understanding of online safety issues including harmful content, harassment, scams, and privacy concerns.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing and interpreting digital content.

  • Ability to make sound judgments within a defined policy framework.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience working with content moderation or case management systems.

  • Exposure to threat detection or investigative techniques.

  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
